Where will the session be filmed?

Our team will come to a location of your choice (most of our clients prefer to be in the comfort of their own homes).

How long is the session?

We advise our customers to block out up to 3 hours on the day of filming to allow time for our team to set up all the equipment and ensure our customers are comfortable before filming begins.

What will be asked during the session?

This entirely depends on which Capsule you book! We will ask a variety of questions that will centered around your family, some more thought provoking than others!

How do we pay?

You can either pay the full cost upfront or in 3 instalments via Klarna.

When will we receive the product?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for our customers to receive their final product.
